Securing and maintaining housing, or residential services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) are pervasive, most often exacerbated by housing shortages, inadequate funding streams, pernicious housing-related discrimination, and lack of political will. These are just some of the variables that limit or prevent many adults with I/DD from gaining access to affordable housing.
We will create neurodiverse communities that values strengths, interests, and
companionship.
We will provide a person-centered approach that recognizes whole person wellness – physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and vocational.
We will provide support to families of our residents through transparency, engagement, and education.
We will build communities that honor privacy, dignity, and individual choice.
